You will work on real projects, learn from senior leaders, and participate in mentoring options.

You will complete two courses on communication and data analysis, present to executives, and join a collaborative, inclusive culture with relocation support to Cincinnati.

Qualifications

• Graduation date between Aug 2028 and May/June 2030.
• Pursuing full-time bachelor program in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Ops Mgmt, Data Analytics or Math.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA, cumulative and in-major, on a 4.0 scale.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 10-week project in one core finance area (Commercial, Supply Chain, FP&A).
• Attend two courses on business communication and data analysis tools.
• Present to senior leaders; receive coaching and mentoring.
• Uphold GE values and participate in inclusive culture and community service.
• Relocate to GE Headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio.
