Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States on a full‑time, permanent basis without sponsorship.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 (preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience using AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and data-driven decision making.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial reports highlighting key metrics, trends, and variances.
• Conduct research on industry competitors to obtain insights on financial performance.
• Assist in preparation and review of quarterly and annual filings (10-Q, 10-K).
• Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations for accurate reporting.
• Assist in building and updating financial forecasts and annual budgets.
• Assist with audits of key financial and operational controls across units.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Internal Audit, FP&A, Financial Reporting, Cost Accounting.
