Responsibilities

Apply experience in career transitions in finance, accounting, and financial services to the agreed work.
Understand each client's experience, target roles, constraints, and career goals.
Develop a practical search plan and help clients describe their relevant achievements.
Provide resume, professional-profile, networking, and interview preparation guidance.
Help clients use approved job-search tools while retaining responsibility for accurate applications.
Document agreed actions and progress, adapting coaching to the individual's needs.
Communicate realistic expectations without guaranteeing interviews, offers, or placement.
