• Provide resume, professional-profile, networking, and interview preparation guidance.
• Help clients use approved job-search tools while retaining responsibility for accurate applications.
• Document agreed actions and progress, adapting coaching to the individual’s needs.
• Communicate realistic expectations without guaranteeing interviews, offers, or placement.
