Job summary

Dal-Tile, a Mohawk Industries subsidiary, seeks an Enterprise Solutions Manager (Finance & Business Technology) to translate business strategy into end-to-end solution concepts and lead delivery to achieve measurable outcomes. You will partner with Finance leadership, own solution direction, and ensure governance and SOX compliance across initiatives.

This role requires strong executive communication, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to influence without direct authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, CS, or related field.
• Experience translating business strategy into end-to-end solution concepts.
• Strong knowledge of Finance processes and systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives through scoping and delivery.
• Ability to present to executive leadership and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making.
• Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Working knowledge of SOX, governance, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance leadership to understand goals, processes, pain points, and outcomes.
• Serve as the liaison between Finance and IT, owning solutions end-to-end.
• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to shape ideas into concrete designs.
• Define scope, MVP, sequencing, and workstreams for initiatives.
• Decompose large programs into manageable phases and align with priorities.
• Coordinate with Global Architecture, Security, and Infrastructure to meet standards and governance.
