Job summary

Danfoss seeks an Operations Controller to join our North American finance team supporting Loves Park, IL and Milwaukee, WI manufacturing operations. You’ll partner with Supply Chain leaders to turn data into actionable insights that drive efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities include cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting; partnering on financial plans, and ensuring compliant, accurate financial processes across sites. A Finance degree and SAP/Hyperion experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in controlling/financial analysis with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP ERP, BI tools, Hyperion (HFM) and MS Office to build financial models and reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the finance business partner for Supply Chain leaders, providing guidance on financial performance.
• Prepare and consolidate variance analyses, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting process for better visibility and planning accuracy.
• Support compliance with reporting standards while collaborating with regional finance teams.
