You will partner with operational and clinical leaders to develop business cases for new programs and capital projects, while identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, strategic planning, and adherence to healthcare regulations and financial policies.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in Finance required, preferably in healthcare or a similarly complex industry.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational and clinical leaders to provide financial guidance and strategic support.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Analyze financial performance, variances, and key trends to drive informed decision-making.
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and financial models for new programs, capital projects, and service expansions.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency.
• Support long-term strategic planning and organizational growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, healthcare regulations, and risk management practices.
