Finance Business Partner – Capital Medical Devices – Raleigh, NC

Looking to step into a highly cross‑functional, high‑impact finance role within a growing healthcare company? This team supports some of the most complex and revenue‑critical capital devices in the industry, partnering closely with operations, implementation, and field service to improve processes and enable revenue recognition. This is your chance to work alongside sharp, collaborative partners in a role that offers visibility, challenge, and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve cost‑per‑device models to support forecasting and budgeting tied to capital device implementation and FDA remediation efforts.
• Lead revenue recognition by integrating field and operational data into financial workflows.
• Partner with field service, scheduling, enablement, and implementation teams to drive process improvement and efficiency.
• Present insights and financial recommendations to both finance and non‑finance stakeholders.
• Lead in remediation tracking and modeling of device‑level financial impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A or operational finance.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills; ability to simplify complex data.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Clear communication skills and comfort working cross‑functionally.
