Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Business Office Manager (Finance) to oversee the community's business office operations, including billing, receivables, and payroll processes. The role partners with the Executive Director and HR to ensure compliant, efficient financial operations and high-quality resident services.

Qualified candidates have an Associate degree or equivalent, at least three years of related experience, and prior managerial/office experience.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school required; or additional years of experience can be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.
• Minimum of three years related experience and/or training. Previous managerial and office setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee business office operations of the community.
• Lead payroll and ensure accurate processing.
• Ensure residents are billed properly and receivables are collected.
• Coordinate with HR and Executive Director to support compliant financial operations.
