Pay Range: 65-68.5/hr. on w2

This role may require travel to business meetings and events and requires reliable transportation to do so. If a hire chooses to drive with customers as their passengers or for other business reasons, hires must be in possession and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Finance Business Partner to offer daily financial support and partnership to our Marketing team, ensuring compliance with Finance procedures and the optimal use of resources. The role involves managing financial planning, forecasting, monthly financial closures, and overseeing Marketing spending and investments. The successful candidate will be the go-to expert on procurement cycles, closely collaborating with business partners to drive accurate financial forecasting and generate insightful reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the monthly and quarterly financial forecasting processes.
• Manage monthly financial close activities and oversee Marketing spending and investments, including Marketing Development Funds (MDF).
• Act as the subject matter expert on the full procurement cycle, covering vendor requests, contract submissions, purchase orders, and invoice approvals.
• Partner closely with business units to align spending with resource requirements for accurate expense and headcount forecasting.
• Generate critical financial and audit reports, conducting variance analysis and identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.

Must Have Skills:

• Exceptional financial modeling and basic accounting policy understanding.
• Strong strategic thinking and detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills in an executive-facing role.

Industry Experience:Experience in a high-growth environment is highly desirable, with a preference for candidates who have previously partnered with Marketing teams and handled Marketing investments.
