103 is seeking a Business Analyst with Capital Markets expertise to lead requirement analysis, data sourcing, and documentation for analytics platforms. You will partner with QTS teams and platform engineering to validate business needs, define data requirements, and ensure alignment with stakeholders on complex financial software products.

The role emphasizes independent work, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering on deadlines in a cloud/data

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on large, complex projects.
• Experience in requirements management across Waterfall, Iterative, and/or Agile delivery.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate business needs into technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with QTS application teams onboarding to the Aperture platform to capture analytical use cases and confirm product fit.
• Lead information gathering sessions, document requirements, business use cases, feasibility analyses, and cross-functional diagrams as needed.
• Collaborate with platform engineering to map data requirements, dependencies, and integration points.
• Validate requirements with senior stakeholders through reviews and walkthroughs; negotiate solutions when needed.

Role: Business Analyst with Capital Market

Job Description:

Requirement Analysis and Documentation

• Engage and partner with QTS application teams moving onto the Aperture platform to understand their analytical use-cases/ business goals and confirm product fit
• Facilitate information gathering sessions including leading discussions, managing group dynamics, and maintaining group focus, to work towards accomplishing the stated goal(s) of the session within the context of the project objectives - From these information sessions, gathers the requirements and documents them, along with business use cases, feasibility analysis and cross functional diagrams as needed
• Partner with the platform engineering teams to ensure technical capabilities and data requirements are well understood, identify dependencies and integration points
• Work with senior stakeholders to validate their requirements and analysis via techniques such as reviews and walkthroughs and ensure system specifications meet the business stakeholders’ expectations/requirements, and negotiate solutions when appropriate

Data Analysis

• Analyze incoming data sets and develop detailed requirements around sourcing solutions, identify provisioning requirements, data transformations etc.
• Able to decipher compliance, information security guidelines and apply them in the context of the datasets/ business requirements. Identify data accuracy requirements, solution options and remediation plans in case of a breach

Must Have:

• Strong business domain understanding of Financial Services/ Capital Markets, excellent data analysis and solid background dealing with complex software products (preferably cloud/ data analytics focused)
• Ability to work independently, apply critical and strategic thinking to issues, and manage deadlines while multi-tasking amongst different priorities.
• 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities in the areas of requirements management on large and complex projects
• Proven experience with various project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative and/or Agile
• Experience in requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation including Data analysis expertise (e.g., using SQL, Tableau, or Python)
