Job summary

Triunity Software, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst with Capital Markets expertise to analyze requirements, document use cases and collaborate with QTS teams transitioning to the Aperture platform.

The role emphasizes data analysis, compliance awareness, and cross-functional coordination with platform engineering and senior stakeholders. The candidate will gather requirements, validate them through walkthroughs, and ensure alignment with business goals while managing deadlines across multiple

Qualifications

• Strong business domain understanding of Financial Services/ Capital Markets.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines while multi-tasking.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on large/complex projects.
• Experience with Waterfall/Iterative/Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience in requirements planning, prioritization, stakeholder analysis and effort estimation, incl. data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Engage with QTS application teams moving onto the Aperture platform to understand analytical use-cases and confirm product fit.
• Lead information gathering sessions, manage group dynamics and document requirements, use cases, feasibility and diagrams as needed.
• Partner with platform engineering teams to ensure data requirements and dependencies are understood.
• Validate requirements with senior stakeholders via reviews/walkthroughs and negotiate solutions when needed.
• Analyze incoming data sets and develop requirements around sourcing, provisioning and data transformations.
• Ensure compliance guidelines are understood and applied; identify data accuracy requirements and remediation plans if breaches occur.

Role: Business Analyst with Capital Market

Job Description:

Requirement Analysis and Documentation

• Engage and partner with QTS application teams moving onto the Aperture platform to understand their analytical use-cases/ business goals and confirm product fit
• Facilitate information gathering sessions including leading discussions, managing group dynamics, and maintaining group focus, to work towards accomplishing the stated goal(s) of the session within the context of the project objectives - From these information sessions, gathers the requirements and documents them, along with business use cases, feasibility analysis and cross functional diagrams as needed
• Partner with the platform engineering teams to ensure technical capabilities and data requirements are well understood, identify dependencies and integration points
• Work with senior stakeholders to validate their requirements and analysis via techniques such as reviews and walkthroughs and ensure system specifications meet the business stakeholders' expectations/requirements, and negotiate solutions when appropriate

Data Analysis

• Analyze incoming data sets and develop detailed requirements around sourcing solutions, identify provisioning requirements, data transformations etc.
• Able to decipher compliance, information security guidelines and apply them in the context of the datasets/ business requirements. Identify data accuracy requirements, solution options and remediation plans in case of a breach

Must Have:

• Strong business domain understanding of Financial Services/ Capital Markets, excellent data analysis and solid background dealing with complex software products (preferably cloud/ data analytics focused)
• Ability to work independently, apply critical and strategic thinking to issues, and manage deadlines while multi-tasking amongst different priorities.
• 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities in the areas of requirements management on large and complex projects
• Proven experience with various project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative and/or Agile
• Experience in requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation including Data analysis expertise (e.g., using SQL, Tableau, or Python)
