Job summary

You will support resource allocation and act as second-in-command to the DAS, guiding fiscal staff and coordinating Field & Certification Services.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with four years of related experience, supervisory exposure, and proficiency in Workday, Smartsheet, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus four years related experience, including at least one year supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with desktop applications including Excel, Word & Outlook.
• Experience interpreting and applying complex policies, procedures and processes.
• Experience with Workday and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial administration and assist in resource allocation across the college.
• Act as second-in-command to the Director of Administrative Services.
• Provide financial support for Field & Certification Services, coordinating and hiring field supervisors.
• Supervise fiscal staff and lead other fiscal roles within the College of Education.
