Job summary

Tangem ищет специалиста по финансам для автоматизации финансовых процессов и интеграции каналов продаж в учётную систему. Участник будет заниматься настройкой расчётов заработной платы сотрудников в разных странах и автоматизацией связанных процессов.

Работа удалённая, общий график по GMT+3, уровень оплаты конкурентоспособный и выражается в USD/USDT. Требуется минимум 2 года опыта в Finance automation и английский не ниже B2.

Qualifications

• Минимум 2 года опыта в автоматизации финансов.
• Способность управлять сложными многооперационными задачами.
• Внимательность к деталям и аккуратность.
• Уровень английского не ниже B2 (английский используется в работе).
• Плюсом будет опыт в BIG4.

Responsibilities

• Интегрировать каналы продаж в текущую учетную систему.
• Завершить интеграцию системы учёта для отслеживания криптовалютных транзакций.
• Разработать систему расчётов и расчётов с сотрудниками в разных странах.
• Автоматизировать процессы по счетам-фактурам, отслеживанию платежей и синхронизации с банками.

• Integrate various sales channels into the current accounting system, finalize the integration of the system for tracking cryptocurrency transactions, and establish a system for settlements with employees in different countries.
• Assist in automating processes related to invoices, tracking payments, and potentially synchronizing with local banks.
• Automate the creation of consolidated data.

• Proven working experience in Finance Automation for minimum 2 years.
• Ability to manage the complexity arising from the high volume of tasks.
• Attention to detail.
• In love with meticulous execution.
