Кандидат должен владеть английским уровнем не ниже Upper-Intermediate, понимать IFRS/RAS и иметь опыт работы в фин. аналитике и работе с финансовыми отчётностями.

Qualifications

• Степень в финансах, экономике, бухгалтерском учёте или бизнес‑администрировании.
• 3+ лет опыта в FP&A, управленческом учёте или в Big Four (оценка, M&A, Due Diligence).
• Понимание финансовых отчётностей (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) и базовых концепций финансов.
• Знание основ RAS и IFRS, включая консолидацию.
• Уровень английского не ниже Upper-Intermediate.
• Опыт в Fintech/IT и навыки финансового моделирования приветствуются.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated Cash Flow statements per company guidelines.
• Coordinate and consolidate annual budgets, prepare quarterly forecasts.
• Conduct monthly financial analysis, monitor budget variances, and track execution.
• Generate ad-hoc reports for Financial Controller, CEO, and Board.
• Prepare structured business updates for shareholders.
• Develop presentations for the Board of Directors, including strategic and financial reports.
• Support company valuation, investor engagement, and financial modeling.
• Analyze market trends and competitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory standards.

Prepare consolidated Cash Flow statements per company guidelines. Coordinate and consolidate annual budgets, prepare quarterly forecasts. Conduct monthly financial analysis, monitor budget variances, and track execution. Generate ad-hoc reports for Financial Controller, CEO, and Board. Требования

Degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business administration. 3+ years of experience in FP&A, management accounting, or Big Four (Valuation, M&A, Due Diligence). Strong understanding of financial statements (BS, P&L, Cash Flow) and core finance/accounting concepts. Knowledge of RAS and IFRS basics, including financial consolidation.
