A leading legal firm is seeking a qualified Finance Attorney to provide support in renewable energy project finance. This fully remote role requires at least 5 years of experience and involves negotiating various agreements key to project financing. The successful candidate will work 20-30 hours per week with a strong possibility of extension and increased hours.
The Position

The ideal candidate should be proactive and forward-thinking, independent and self-sufficient, and possess strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external legal teams.
The client is aiming for a mid-July start date and the duration is 6 months. 20-30 hours/week with potential to scale very quickly and the role is fully remote.
The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $112and $125. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
