LEASING & FINANCE ATTORNEY - SOUTH FLORIDA

Our Atlanta based AmLaw 200 law firm client has an immediate need for a Finance Associate or Counsel servicing attorney in their south Florida offices.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a background or experience in the area of equipment leasing and finance such as aircraft leasing, aviation parts and equipment, heavy equipment or similiar. Experience with cross-border structured lending and asset-based financing transactions, aviation, and international business and commercial transactions is helpful.
