Bright Line Counsel LLC is assisting a highly regarded Am200 law firm seeking an associate for their Miami office. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in Corporate Finance or Leasing, with aircraft leasing experience helpful but not required.

The role offers frequent direct client contact representing domestic and foreign air carriers, leasing companies and lenders on aircraft acquisitions, sales, leasing and financings including export credit and capital markets.
