Job summary

Oculus Group is seeking a Cash Flow Finance Attorney (Associate, Counsel, or Principal) to join a nationally recognized financial practice. You will work with premier lenders on sophisticated debt finance transactions and have the opportunity to influence structuring, negotiating, documenting, and closing deals in a collaborative, high-performing team.

Cash Flow Finance Attorney (Associate, Counsel or Principal)

I'm partnering with a highly regarded Am Law firm that is continuing to expand its nationally recognized Finance practice and is seeking an experienced Cash Flow Finance Attorney to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with premier financial institutions, private credit funds, business development companies, and other institutional lenders on sophisticated financing transactions across a broad range of industries.

The Opportunity

You'll advise lender-side clients on complex debt finance matters, including:

• Cash flow and acquisition financings
• Senior secured and mezzanine lending transactions
• Junior capital investments
• Private credit and leveraged finance matters
• Sports finance and other specialized financing transactions (experience in this area is a plus, but not required)

Attorneys will take an active role in structuring, negotiating, documenting, and closing transactions while working directly with sophisticated clients and experienced partners in a collaborative, high-performing practice.
