Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Baltimore is launching a 16-week Return to Work program designed for professionals resuming their careers after a hiatus. The program places participants in Finance Associate roles aligned with their expertise and offers training, mentorship, and development while working in the Baltimore office. The program runs from January 18, 2027 to May 7, 2027.

Eligibility requires two years out of workforce. Base pay rate is $28.85 per hour (annualizing to $60,000).

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated accountability, ownership, proactiveness, attention to detail, and organization.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment and enhance processes to drive efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Produce and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly profit and loss reports.
• Prepare and review balance sheets, income sheets, and financial forecasts.
• Conduct analysis for budget forecasting, stress testing, and financial modeling.
• Support business projects, regulatory reporting, and risk management initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to provide actionable insights and timely reporting.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on financial processes, reporting accuracy, and process improvements.
