Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in New York, NY seeks a Finance Associate Corporate Debt to join a high-caliber Am Law 100 platform. You will represent borrowers in syndicated lending and complex financing, drafting credit documents and coordinating cross‑team deal execution in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

The ideal candidate has substantial experience in syndicated lending, secured facilities, and strong bar qualifications, with a track record of managing multiple high‑value

Qualifications

• Substantive experience handling syndicated lending and commercial finance transactions.
• Experience with secured transactions for sponsor and non-sponsored borrowers.
• Admission to the New York or California bar, or eligibility to gain admission promptly.
• Excellent academic credentials from a top 50 law school.
• Strong verbal and written communication and ability to manage multiple transactions in New York.

Responsibilities

• Represent borrowers in syndicated lending and commercial finance transactions within a dedicated corporate debt team.
• Handle secured transactions, including asset-based and cash-flow facilities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate credit agreements, security documents, and closing deliverables.
• Coordinate deal execution across lenders, sponsors, portfolio companies, and internal groups.
• Work closely with partners on complex structures and client relationships.
