This role suits an attorney eager to develop expertise in transactional work including community development finance, tax, real estate, and lending while collaborating closely with experienced partners.

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to Nebraska bar in good standing or able to be admitted within the first year of employment.
• Experience with transactional matters including finance, accounting, tax, or real estate law preferred but not required.
• Candidates with excellent academic credentials given preference.

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence and prepare diligence checklists and memoranda for large real estate transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate operating agreements, loan documents, leases, guarantees, opinions, and related commercial financial documents.
• Coordinate transaction closing processes.
