BCG Attorney Search is seeking a dynamic Finance Attorney for the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate and asset-backed finance, drafting complex agreements and advising clients on transactional structures.

Candidate should be licensed in Texas with 7+ years of finance law experience, excellent communication, and strong project management skills to coordinate multi-party transactions and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in the state of Texas.
• 7+ years of relevant finance law experience.
• Familiar with collateral and security interests.
• Familiar with corporate governance documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a dynamic and dedicated Finance Attorney to join their team in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in real estate finance and asset-backed finance, working collaboratively with partners and associates to provide top-tier legal representation and advisory services.

Duties

• Negotiate, draft, review, and revise finance documents and agreements for clients.
• Review perfection certificates and title and survey.
• Conduct and coordinate legal due diligence and research efficiently.
• Summarize agreements, identify key issues, and provide actionable insights.
• Work on complex transactions, including real estate and asset-backed financings.
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and legal staff to ensure successful execution of legal matters.
• Manage transaction checklists, projects, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Accurately track and record billable hours for client matters.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
