• Georgia Bar license preferred and required within one year of joining the firm.

Responsibilities

• Join the Business Finance practice as a full-time, partnership-track associate.
• Work on a variety of finance transactions with emphasis on Article 9 UCC and syndicated lending.
• Assist in workouts and related financing matters as needed.
