• The role involves negotiating and executing complex finance transactions, encompassing leveraged finance, acquisition finance, asset-based lending, unitranche, first lien/second lien, mezzanine, and/or subordinated debt financings, as well as distressed debt and restructurings.
• Candidates should have experience representing a variety of parties, including lenders, investors, borrowers, and issuers, across these transaction types.
• The firm's Finance practice group advises leading investment and commercial banks, various non-bank lenders (including private debt funds, private credit and direct lenders, BDCs, mezzanine funds, and hedge funds), and sponsored and corporate borrowers and issuers.
• Requirements include superior academic credentials and strong deal experience gained at a large law firm.
