Formación

• 1–4 years of public accounting experience, ideally serving financial services clients across alternative investments, banking and capital markets, or real estate.
• US GAAP understanding and core accounting principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description:

• Manage monthly and quarterly close processes, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and consolidations.
• Maintain accurate general ledgers, trial balances, and supporting financial schedules.
• Review investment positions, operating expenses, capital activity, and cash movements.
• Perform variance analysis against forecasts and historical results and communicate key performance drivers.
• Prepare financial statements, supporting schedules, and management reporting packages.
• Support quarterly and annual reporting processes and coordinate external audits.
• Partner with investment, operations, and actuarial teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Oversee third-party service provider deliverables and identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting workflows.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• 1–4 years of public accounting experience, ideally serving financial services clients across alternative investments, banking and capital markets, or real estate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and core accounting principles.
• Experience with financial reporting, account reconciliations, and month-end or quarter-end close processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• CPA not required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without H-1B sponsorship.
