Fuse3 Solutions in Dallas, TX is seeking a Finance Associate to join a rapidly growing private equity-backed oil & gas firm. The role offers a base around $150K plus a strong bonus and excellent benefits, with in-office work in Dallas.

You will build financial models, evaluate acquisitions, and support due diligence while working directly with senior leadership on strategic investment decisions and deal execution. This is an ideal transition from investment banking into PE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required.
• 1–2 years of investment banking experience required.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Oil & gas exposure strongly preferred.
• Driven, curious, and able to thrive in a high-growth PE environment.

A rapidly growing private equity-backed oil & gas firm in Dallas is seeking a sharp, highly motivated Finance Associate to join its investment team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career investment banking professional looking to transition into private equity and gain hands-on exposure to acquisitions, financial modeling, and strategic investment decisions.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain financial models, valuations, and investment analyses
