You will audit finance deals, collect information from customers, sales staff, and banks, and ensure documents are complete and accurate. Daily tasks include data entry, reporting, and supporting the Finance Manager.

Qualificações

• Basic math and accounting knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to carry out instructions.
• Computer skills, Microsoft Office, Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Audits finance deals to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Works with customers, salespersons, banks to obtain information.
• Enters data into the computer.
• Creates and generates reports as needed.
• Ensures trade-ins have proper paperwork for processing.
• Coordinates with service department for aftermarket processing.
• Coordinates with aftermarket service contracts for compliance.
• Assists Finance Managers in processing documentation.
• Assists others as needed.
• Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area.
