Fields BMW of Asheville is seeking energetic, detail-oriented team members to join our dealership’s finance team. The role focuses on auditing deals, data entry, reporting, and collaboration with customers, sales staff, banks, and service departments to ensure compliant processing and timely financing.

Ideal candidates bring basic math and accounting knowledge, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Audits all finance deals to ensure accurate processing.
• Works with customers, sales staff, banks or institutions to obtain information.
• Enters data into the computer.
• Creates and generates reports as needed.
• Ensures trade-ins have correct paperwork for processing.
• Coordinates with service department for after-market products and contracts.
• Assists Finance Managers in processing documentation.
• Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area.

Hourly rate is $20; 10% commission after 90-day training period.

Responsibilities

• Audits all finance deals to ensure they are processed accurately and timely.
• Works directly with customers, salespersons, banks or other institutions to obtain additional information.
• Enters data into the computer.
• Creates and generates reports as needed or requested.
• Ensure trade-ins have the proper paperwork so car can be processed.
• Works with service department to ensure after-market products are properly processed and delivered.
• Works with after-market service contracts to ensure compliance.
• Assist Finance Managers in processing documentation.
• Assist others as needed.
• Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area.
