Job summary

Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships is seeking a Finance Assistant to support sales staff and managers with contracts and paperwork, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.

The role includes auditing deals post-sale, preparing title work, coordinating financing, and ensuring timely funding. Strong communication, attention to detail, and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of dealership procedures is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales staff and managers in preparing paperwork, contracts, etc. for customers.
• Ensure every deal is fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Accurately audit team deals post-sale and thoroughly analyze for improvements.
• Prepare state title work for submission to PA and out-of-state paperwork as needed.
• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.
