Job summary

Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships in Mansfield, PA, is seeking a Finance Assistant to support the sales team with paperwork, contracts, and funding for customers. This full-time role requires attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication, and a valid driver’s license.

Some evenings and weekends are included in a 5-day work week, with comprehensive benefits for you and your family. You will audit deals for compliance with state and federal guidelines, prepare PA title work,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Knowledge of dealership procedures is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales staff and managers in preparing paperwork, contracts, etc. for customers.
• Ensure every deal is fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
• Accurately audit team deals post-sale and thoroughly analyze for improvements.
• Prepares state title work for submission to PA and prepare out of state paperwork for submission.
• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.

*SCHEDULE INCLUDES SOME EVENING AND WEEKENDS, 5-DAY WORK WEEK*

A Day in the Life of a Finance Assistant (but not limited to):
