Amrize is seeking a Finance and Investor Relations Intern for Summer 2027 in Chicago, IL. This onsite role offers a hands-on experience with the Investor Relations and Executive Leadership teams, focusing on communicating financial performance, strategic goals, and sustainability initiatives to shareholders and Wall Street analysts.

You will help draft earnings materials, track market trends, and support investor events while gaining exposure to the broader business and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting earnings release materials, scripts, investor presentations, and Q&A documents for quarterly reporting.
• Perform market research and track competitor earnings, stock performance, sell-side analyst reports, and industry trends.
• Assist in planning and preparing materials for investor conferences, roadshows, and shareholder meetings.
• Utilize a range of skills and knowledge in day-to-day operations, working collaboratively to achieve team and company goals.
• Present learnings and contributions to executive leadership at internship end.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As an Investor Relations intern, you will work closely with our Investor Relations and Executive Leadership teams, helping communicate Amrize's financial performance, strategic goals, and sustainability initiatives to shareholders and Wall Street analysts

• Earnings Call Preparation: Assist in drafting earnings release materials, scripts, investor presentations, and Q&A documents for quarterly reporting.
• Peer & Market Intelligence: Perform market research and track competitor earnings, stock performance, sell-side analyst reports, and industry trends to provide key insights to management.
• Investor Event Logistics: Assist in planning and preparing materials for investor conferences, roadshows, and shareholder meetings.
• Skill Application: Utilize a range of skills and knowledge in day-to-day operations, working collaboratively to achieve team and company goals
• Executive Presentation: At the end of your internship, you'll present your learnings and contributions to our executive leadership team.

SCHEDULE AND ENVIRONMENT

• Work Schedule: This is an onsite role with a mandatory 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, working an 8-hour shift each day.
• Work Environment: You will be working in an office environment.
• Transportation: You will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the worksite.
• Travel Requirements: You may need to travel for site tours, shadowing experiences, or intern events throughout the duration of your internship.
