Position Title: Finance & Billing Business Intelligence Developer

Location: Hybrid (Onsite several days per week in MD, VA, PA, or DE required, especially during the initial onboarding period)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Finance & Billing Business Intelligence Developer to bridge technical analytics and financial operations. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize data reporting solutions that support our enterprise financial systems and healthcare billing operations. You will collaborate closely with technology leads and executive finance leadership to translate complex healthcare financial data into actionable insights using robust SQL queries and modern BI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise reports, dashboards, and analytics using T-SQL and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).


• Develop and optimize data models to support healthcare billing, enterprise financial analysis, and strategic forecasting.


• Partner with Finance and Operations teams to understand reporting requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and deliver accurate data solutions.


• Support ongoing enterprise system implementations and integrations, specifically supporting financial workflows and revenue cycle metrics.


• Maintain high data accuracy, system performance, and compliance with healthcare data security standards.

Required Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in T-SQL for querying, data extraction, and report creation.

• Geographic Requirement: Residence in MD, VA, PA, or DE with the ability to work onsite several days per week (particularly during the initial onboarding phase).

• Dual expertise in Workday Finance reporting AND Epic Hospital Billing reporting.

Pay Range

$83,483.92 – $116,760.80/year
