Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Actuarial Science.
• Preferred 1-2 years of related professional experience, project, or coursework.
• Robust analytical skill-set (Microsoft Excel proficiency is required).
• Financial acumen and ability to synthesize data into insights and/or reporting.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Participate in impactful projects during a 10-week internship program.
• Undertake a 10-week curriculum designed to familiarize interns with BSC, leadership development, exposure to the healthcare industry, and more.
• Be invited to participate in BSC employee events and networking opportunities such as Employee Resource Groups, employee volunteer activities, and more.
