• Provides training on data collection, report development, maintenance and analysis tasks.
• Establishes performance expectations and conducts annual staff evaluations.
• Supports fiscal management including cost centers, funding, and capital project management.
• Supports annual budget development for all departments.
• Develops workforce planning and personnel cost tracking tools.
• Collects and analyzes data for decision-makers; coordinates ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
• Maintains tracking worksheets for capital projects and project management fees.
• Oversees monthly financial reconciliations for accuracy and compliance.
