SharkNinja is seeking a finance analytics professional to support enterprise BI reporting globally. You will build audit-ready Power BI solutions, maintain consistent metrics across regions, and help Finance teams work more effectively with data.

The role reports to the Sr. Director of Business Intelligence and Analytics and requires 4–6+ years in finance analytics with expertise in Power BI and data modeling. Competitive benefits and global impact are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or related field.
• 4–6+ years in finance analytics, BI development, or financial systems.
• 3+ years building Power BI solutions for finance teams.
• Strong DAX, financial data modeling, and semantic layer skills.
• Solid understanding of P&L structures, margin analysis, and commercial finance fundamentals.
• Experience partnering effectively with finance stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI solutions supporting enterprise P&L, margin analysis, and performance management.
• Develop dashboards, semantic models, and metric layers in alignment with global standards.
• Deliver decision-ready dashboards aligned to global finance calendars and leadership rhythms.
• Serve as a BI partner to FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Accounting across regions.
• Develop and maintain high-volume models across SKU, channel, and regional dimensions.
