Collaborate with executive leadership, clinical teams, and corporate functions to develop reporting solutions, manage budgets, variance analyses, and KPI tracking while ensuring financial stewardship and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business-related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5 years of progressive financial/operational analysis experience in home health and hospice.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial, operational, and clinical reporting and analytics for Home Health and Hospice.
• Transform data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with executives, operational, clinical teams and corporate departments to develop reporting solutions.
• Direct, manage and coordinate all financial functions including budgets, KPI tracking, and labor analysis.
