You will partner with executive leadership, clinical teams, and corporate departments to develop reporting solutions, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business required.
• Master's degree in business preferred.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial, operational, and clinical reporting and analytics for Home Health and Hospice.
• Transform data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and financial stewardship.
• Partner with executive leadership, clinical teams, and corporate departments to develop reporting solutions and monitor performance.
• Direct, analyze, and coordinate all financial functions, including budgets, KPI tracking, labor analysis, and licensure.
