Job summary

Johnson Controls invites applications for the Accounting & Finance Internship as part of the Future Leaders Internship Program in Glendale, WI. You will work under a Finance Manager, performing analyses and supporting quarterly forecasts and profit plans.

The program emphasizes development through weekly sessions, an innovation challenge, and cross-functional exposure across Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing and more.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
• Pursuing a degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.
• Must have demonstrated computer skills, including use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Performs financial analyses to support and measure business unit results.
• Interacts with regional contacts to assist in forecasting and profit planning.
• Performs studies including competitive analysis and industry trend research.
• Leads projects across Operations, Transportation, Commercial, Procurement, and more.
• Presents findings and analyses to senior leadership.
