Job summary

Ericsson Inc. is offering a Financial Analyst Intern position in Plano, Texas for a 12-week program starting May 25, 2027. The internship provides hands-on experience supporting Ericsson’s Americas finance, accounting, and operations teams in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will assist with monthly closings, forecasting, and data-driven business cases, while enhancing analytics, ERP/SAP tooling, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong Excel skills and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

Solid academic record pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
Strong analytical skills and interest in financial planning and analysis.
Proficient in Excel and curious about data analytics, visualizations and ERP/SAP tools.
Clear written and verbal communication in English.
High integrity and willingness to follow Ericsson's code of ethics.
Collaborative mindset, eager to learn and open to digitalization and automation of processes.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Support monthly closing and performance reporting for Market Area Americas.
Assist with financial forecasting and planning cycles.
Analyze financial and operational data to build business cases and track results against metrics.
Support data quality checks and prepare financial presentations for Finance leadership.
Collaborate with Finance and business stakeholders on insights, process improvements, and AI initiatives.
