Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and interest in financial planning and analysis.
• Proficient in Excel; curious about data analytics, visualizations and ERP/SAP tools.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly closing and performance reporting for Market Area Americas.
• Assist with financial forecasting and planning cycles.
• Analyze financial and operational data to help build business cases and track results against defined success metrics.
• Support data quality checks and prepare financial presentations for Finance leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance and business stakeholders on insights, process improvements, and advanced analytics and AI initiatives.
