Qualifications

• Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• No previous work experience required, but internships or work in finance/accounting is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform variance and trending analysis for financial metrics and performance measures.
• Summarize findings for senior leadership with recommendations.
• Contribute to monthly financial analysis and internal reporting to leadership.
• Assist in preparing 5-year financial models (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Maintain profitability and pricing tools using data analysis results and models.
• Contribute data analysis to projects with financial implications.
• Perform post-project analysis to evaluate outcomes and opportunities.
• Suggest cost savings or profitability improvements and work with cross-functional teams.
