The Finance & Analytics Development Program is a 2‑year entry level development program designed todevelop future leaders by building leadership, analytical, and business acumen skills. Participants complete three 8‑month rotations, primarily within the CFO organization. The program prepares participants for long‑term success at Casey’s, with a strong track record of placement into post‑program roles across the organization.
Areas for potential rotation include Financial Planning, Accounting, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Fuel, Business Development, and Data Analytics.

What you can expect when you join the Casey’s Team:
Compensation:
Starting pay range: $60,000-$70,000. Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
