Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis or FP&A.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, Excel, SQL and other BI platforms.
• Experience identifying automation opportunities in financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the modernization of financial reporting with automated dashboards and self-service analytics.
• Design and maintain reporting solutions using Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
• Transform manual reporting into scalable automated processes.
• Develop standardized reporting packages, KPIs, and dashboards for decisions.
• Mentor analysts on best practices and data analysis methodologies.
