Ormat is seeking a Finance Analyst – Tax Equity & Project Finance to support structuring, modeling, and administration of renewable energy project financings. You will work with banks, investors, and internal teams to manage cash flows, due diligence, and closing processes, focusing on tax equity, debt financing, and transaction execution.

A strong background in finance and energy finance is required and you will contribute to ongoing project development across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project finance, tax equity or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting abilities.
• Knowledge of tax equity and debt financing processes.
• Experience with renewable energy or energy storage is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build, maintain, audit, and update detailed renewable energy project finance models.
• Support tax equity structuring, diligence, documentation, and closing processes.
• Assist with lender materials, debt sizing, and funding schedules.
• Coordinate due diligence with internal teams and external advisors.
• Support transaction execution through financial close and reporting.
