Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Financial Analyst to convert the Reporting Center of Excellence from static reporting into a dynamic, driver-based model. You will run monthly reporting, build dashboards in Power BI, and collaborate with global teams to deliver insightful data for decision making.

The role emphasizes process improvements, cross-functional work, and support for executive audiences. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in finance data reporting are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Data Science, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in finance-related data reporting, business intelligence, or similar.
• Highly proficient with Power BI or similar BI dashboards, Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas).
• Ability to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Run and maintain existing monthly reporting packages to ensure consistent operating rhythm.
• Support the development of new reports and collaborate with automation teams to deliver insights.
• Implement reporting guidelines and automations into existing reports.
• Build timely and insightful data sources to aid decision making.
• Collaborate with Enterprise D&D Finance to identify reporting gaps and build solutions.
• Support the Reporting COE to fill capacity gaps as needed.
• Document processes to maintain a balanced reporting environment (SOPs).
• Engage in ad hoc projects as needed.
