Job summary

Kiewit Nuclear Solutions is seeking a Mid Level Financial Analyst to support the Operational Finance team on projects ranging from $1 million to $4 billion. This entry-level role focuses on cost control, payroll, A/P/A/R, and compliance across projects.

You will help with forecasting and preparing financial reports for management. Based in the United States, you will contribute to month-end close and ensure accurate cost and revenue recognition while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of financial/data analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, and/or equivalent degree.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Travel and/or relocation may be required for this position (up to 50%).
• Experience with Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups, and other key Excel functions is preferred.
• Effective communication, organization and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists with cost control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and compliance tasks.
• Supports month-end close and prepares financial reporting packages for project management.
• Works on cost and revenue components such as labor, equipment, materials, and subcontracts.
• Maintains purchasing workflow internal controls and reviews billing documentation for accuracy.
• Supports intercompany and client billing processes to ensure timely cash flow.
• Collaborates with Operations and Finance teams to improve processes and reporting.
