Job summary

Amazon seeks an experienced Finance Analyst to lead MFN Finance, partnering with the MFN business leader to drive growth, efficiency, and seller experience improvements across the MFN channel.

You will analyze large-scale data from Amazon's data warehouse, build financial models and dashboards, own sub-channel P&L, and prepare clear, data-driven recommendations for senior leaders across NASBP and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in tax, finance or a related analytical field.
• 6+ years applying KPIs to analyses.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy.
• 5+ years dissecting financial data and identifying patterns to support business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with MFN leader and cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and insights for strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain metrics, reporting, and dashboards reflecting MFN performance and compliance.
• Own shadow P&L queries and analytical frameworks for MFN unit economics and profitability.
• Create financial models for cost-benefit analyses and business cases for MFN initiatives.
• Mine large-scale data from Amazon's data warehouse for insights on shipping economics and seller behavior.
• Collaborate across teams to identify process improvements and automation for reporting.
• Streamline MFN finance reports and build auditable data analysis processes.
