Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
• Solid organizational and time management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing financial data and preparing comprehensive financial reports for management review.
• Support the development and maintenance of financial models for forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Compile and organize financial information from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform variance analysis by comparing actual financial results against budgets and forecasts.
• Research financial trends, market data, and industry benchmarks to support analytical projects.
• Prepare presentations and visualizations to communicate financial findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members across the finance department to gather data and insights.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the efficiency of financial operations.
• Maintain organized documentation and records of all financial analysis work performed.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis projects as assigned by senior team members.
