Position Purpose:

Compile and analyze financial information for the company. Lead various financial projects.

1. Engages in membership eligibility (834 file) research, requiring critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze and resolve capitation payment (820 file) discrepancies, to maximize the collection of accurate revenue.
2. Able to summarize revenue implications of payment discrepancies, along with contributing to the documentation of reconciliation workflows and educational tools used to facilitate cross training and internal controls.
3. Assist in reviewing and investigating claims to identify opportunities to reduce cost and utilization.
4. Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.
5. Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensure financial information has been recorded accurately.
6. Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings to senior management.
7. Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.
8. Handle complex and high-level financial analysis.
9. Present and discuss analysis with upper management.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of financial or data analysis experience. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Pay Range: $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
